Anne-Louise did not hold back from sharing her passion and expertise on drug testing. She was able to keep us interested and focused for the whole training day. Her presentation and training was tailored to the need of our company ensuring we meet the highest industry standard of testing by certified, well trained and equipped testers. She helped us navigate solutions to any potential challenges and pitfalls, demonstrated ways to maintain consistency in the quality of our tests, and how we can improve our processes to be more responsive to future changes in industry standards. I particularly appreciated her honesty and the many stories she shared from both her personal and professional life experience. I learned that I am not just conducting a simple test but a potentially life changing experience for someone and that I will handle it with sensitivity and compassion if it does not go well while maintaining professionalism and keeping the integrity of my tests at all times.

She offered the solution we wanted right off the bat. We run some high risk equipment here and a night team who work around it too, so we wanted to make sure they are all safe. Ann-louise offered us what we felt was the best solution in saliva testing and we felt we hit the need of the business without persecuting the person. What they do on their weekends is their choice, but we should be able to guarantee that our team are safe.
